A great introduction to Whoa-ga!™
A two hour dismounted workshop uses yoga ball and floor exercises to improve balance, body awareness and riding skills; helping students understand the concepts of balance riding.

Learn the secrets of an effective seat
Discover the how’s and why’s of equitation form and function. Learn how to use yoga to help you achieve a soft seat and a soft, supple horse. This workshop focuses on body awareness and effective seat and leg positions for riding using yoga asanas on the yoga ball and mat. Informative discussions throughout the class on horse and human biomechanics, basic horse psychology and the role of yoga in learning balance and riding skills.

Discover yoga for physical and mental balance
Horses are mirrors to our mental and physical state. Learn the many parallels of yoga and horseback riding and improve your horse/rider relationship on every level. Eight limbed yoga is designed to bring awareness to all aspects of life and living. Whoa-ga!™ will improve your riding skills!
